I'm sitting at gymnastics watching my "advanced" four year old tumble around. I'm minding my own business (shocked, I know), playing Sudoku on my iPhone.
Enter the soccer mom next to me. I classify her as that because she is dressed as so and for no other reason - workout leggings and polyester jacket with her New Balance shoes.
This grown woman cannot sit still. I mean, she is sitting in one place, but she keeps moving around like she's about to have a bladder problem really soon. It's starting to wear on me. Is it appropriate for me to ask her to stop fidgeting? Or if I can point her towards the ladies room? To top it off, she has a cold and her nose is running. What I mean to say is, she is sniffling like my children do when no one regularly asks them to blow their nose... every 4 seconds. Now THAT is really starting to wear on me. Blow your nose already!
I'm sure her child is also "advanced" but I'm not asking because I can't handle the sniffling, sneezing, can't sit still ants in my workout pants going on. I guess I'm not as social as I thought.
